Artist List
The Artist List mode of the left panel lists the artists in the playlist you’re viewing.
To show it, right-click the side-panel button (the third button in the top-left corner) and choose Artist List.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”-
Click an artist to jump to their first album in the playlist. Double-click to play.

With the mouse over the list, type a letter to jump to artists starting with it.

Go to playing (
') also highlights the playing artist in the list. -
Right-click an artist and choose Filter to New Playlist to make a playlist of just that artist.

Right-click › View… to sort the list alphabetically, by popularity or by playtime, to hide thumbnails, or to hide artists with only a few tracks.
Artist thumbnails
Section titled “Artist thumbnails”Artist pictures are downloaded from last.fm and fanart.tv. If no picture appears, a matching artist probably wasn’t found. Tauon won’t retry those artists until you choose Database… › Reset Image Cache from the main menu.
You can also add your own pictures. Put them in the artist-pictures folder inside Tauon’s data folder, named exactly after the artist, for example Coldplay.jpg or The Killers.png.
